While most of the work on the nursery was completed a few weeks ago, it was still missing some key ingredients to make it complete. Well, we are now almost there. The crib and dresser were delivered on February 21st which meant we were only waiting on one more piece. Finally, the bookcase was delivered last Friday. Now all the furniture is in and we only have to add is the wall expression over the crib, add the bedding, and hang the curtain. All the other little nuances will be added after the baby is born so we can add some pink or blue to the room.
We initially had concerns regarding the layout of the nursery. We knew exactly how we wanted it, but we were not sure it would work given the size constraints of the room. We were very pleased to learn that everything fit exactly the way we wanted it. Now that all the major pieces are in place we are just counting down the last six weeks to the arrival of Baby Woods!
